Abundant Times is taking to the road from March 2027, on a massive UK-wide adventure. Earlier this year, I made the bold decision to buy a van, with a plan to have her converted into my full time tiny home on wheels. Those plans are now coming to fruition! I bought Birdie in February and I’ve spent the last few weeks removing her Highway Maintenance stickers, sanding her white exterior and painting her a beautiful forest green.

In a couple of weeks, she’ll be heading to Wildbox Adventures in Horsham, where she’ll be converted into mine – and my 12 year-old cockapoo Ziggy’s – van-sized sanctuary. She’ll have insulation and sound proofing, wooden floor, electrics, fixed bed, tiny kitchen with a fridge and induction hob, compost toilet, privacy windows, Maxxfan, diesel heater, solid internet connection and more.

I’ll be vlogging about our travels every step of the way. The first film is live – it tells the story of the highs and lows of the past seven years: activism, campaigns, permaculture, regenerative farming, lobular breast cancer and so much more.
